Questions drawn from the role you are targeting, answered in your own words, then graded against what a strong answer contains. It reads your resume first, so it asks about your experience rather than the job title in the abstract.
What it does
- Generates questions for the specific role, across the question types a real interview uses.
- Reads your resume before it starts, so follow-ups reference what you actually did.
- Grades an answer on structure and evidence, and says which part was missing rather than giving a number alone.
- Keeps a record, so the second attempt at a question can be compared with the first.
What it will not do
It will not tell you that you passed. No practice tool knows what a particular panel wants, and a confident score would be the least useful thing it could give you. It tells you what a strong answer to that question contains and where yours stopped short.
It already knows your work
Mock interviews reads your resume and the job you are targeting. The resume is where you do the typing; everything downstream of it is supposed to use what is already there rather than asking you the same questions again.
